Bodhi College is here to serve the wellbeing of all through the particular contribution we can make through our programme. We hope you are keeping safe and well through the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). We are monitoring the advice of the WHO, the NHS and other health bodies, and taking every step we can to safeguard participants, teachers and staff accordingly.
As the pandemic continues to unfold, we are all making adaptions to our lives in both big and small ways. For us, we realise that it will no longer be feasible to run our courses during March – May 2020 in their planned format.
We’ve taken the decision to postpone the courses taking place in March 2020 – Self and Not Self (which will now take place in March 2021) and Lust, Mögen und Verlangen: Buddhistische und psychologische Perspektiven (which will now take place in September 2020).
For the following courses and retreats running during April and May 2020, these are currently under review to see if they can be held in an alternative format or will need to be postponed or cancelled. We are doing all we can to get the best outcome for everyone in this, and will be in touch with all registered participants via email once the next steps are confirmed. We’ll also update our website with the new details.
We recognise that in times like these, dharma, practice and sangha are invaluable resources to draw on, and we want to ensure that you can continue to do so as we all navigate these uncertain times. In discussion with our experienced faculty, we are setting out how we could offer additional support and teachings online – to you, our international sangha. We’ll announce details of this as soon as they are confirmed – do check our Facebook page for updates also.
In the meantime, we wish you to stay safe and well. May we all look after each-other.
